Travelling

Thessaloniki. My City.

The city that continues to inspire me every day.

Thessaloniki is not simply the city where I live.

It is the city that I have connected with a large part of my life and my journey in cooking.

A city with character, history and a deep connection with food. From its markets and small traditional shops to its modern gastronomic identity, Thessaloniki has always had a unique way of bringing people together around the table.

Salonika at Makedonia Palace is a very important part of this journey for me. A place that brings together hospitality, history and modern Greek gastronomy. A place where I continue every day to create, grow and share my own cooking philosophy.

What I love most about Thessaloniki is its authenticity. The energy of the city, its people, its flavours and its constant connection with tradition, while always looking ahead.

Thessaloniki knows how to keep its memories alive while continuing to evolve. And this is something that deeply reflects the way I approach cooking as well.

Because in the end, there are cities where you simply live.

And there are cities that become part of your everyday life, your thoughts and your identity.
